Commercial Services
We offer WETT inspections that is a code compliant examination of a solid fuel burning appliance. This service is $235.
There are a variety of reasons that a WETT Certified professional is called, some of which may include:
-Pre-purchase home inspections.
-Signs of damage within the woodburning system.
-Insurance company has requested the inspection.
-There is a woodburning system performance issue.
Our Installation Service
All our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor is also covered under the warranty, as long as we installed the product.
Warranty information is available in the installation manuals for the fireplaces. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Fireplace Connections will only service these products under the terms of the warranty. We cannot authorize any changes to the warranty. Service charges will apply to any repairs not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For more information please contact our service Department.
We service what we sell. Regular inspection/maintenance is important for safe and proper operation of your fireplace. Our service work has a 1 month warranty on labor & 1 year on parts.
